Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks an Italian Content Moderator for Sofia, Bulgaria, with a relocation package. The role involves reviewing user-generated content, enforcing community standards, and supporting safe online experiences.

You will investigate reports, collaborate with teams, and help mitigate risks while maintaining high accuracy and timely decisions. Fluency in Italian and English (B1/B2) and strong attention to detail are essential. Relocation support is provided.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated content, including profiles, videos, messages, and other reported content, ensuring compliance with guidelines and platform policies
• Investigate, assess, elevate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by internal systems
• Analyze data to determine severity and impact of incidents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on trust & safety matters
• Monitor trends and emerging risks to preempt abuse
• Produce qualitative and quantitative reports to improve safety processes
• Recommend feature improvements to enhance user safety and reduce misuse
• Enforce policies consistently to maintain a positive community experience
