Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English (min B1/B2) is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated content ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Investigate, assess, escalate, and resolve reported issues.
• Analyze data to determine severity and impact of incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on trust and safety matters.
• Monitor trends to identify risks and prevent abuse.
• Create reports to support continuous improvement of safety processes.
• Review platform features and provide safety-oriented recommendations.
• Enforce policies consistently to maintain a safe community.
