Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks an Italian Content Moderator to review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring compliance with community standards. Relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria is offered with a relocation package and initial accommodation support.

The role requires fluency in Italian and English, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with 40 hours per week. On-site in Sofia with rotation shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English (minimum B1/B2 level).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated content across profiles, videos, messages and other reported content.
• Investigate, assess, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by internal systems.
• Analyze data and contextual information to determine severity and impact of incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on trust and safety matters.
• Monitor trends to identify risks and prevent abuse.
• Develop qualitative and quantitative reports to support improvements in safety operations.
• Review new platform features and provide recommendations to enhance safety.
• Enforce policies consistently to maintain a positive community experience.
