Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated content, ensuring compliance with guidelines and platform policies.
• Investigate, assess, elevate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by internal systems.
• Analyze data and contextual information to determine severity and impact of incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on trust and safety matters.
• Monitor trends to identify risks and prevent abuse.
• Develop qualitative and quantitative reports to support improvements in trust and safety operations.
• Review new platform features and provide safety-related recommendations.
• Enforce policies consistently to maintain a safe community environment.
