Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Digital Account Executive in Italy to drive sales with Italian Central Government prospects, evangelizing Salesforce Digital platform solutions across channels and devices. You will own the full sales cycle and work with the Account Team to close strategic opportunities while maintaining forecast accuracy.

The role demands 7+ years in enterprise software sales, fluency in Italian and English, and a proven ability to navigate government procurement processes

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software or technology sales, including 3+ years selling Central Government accounts.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Experience navigating government procurement processes and contract vehicles.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of digital transformation trends for Italian government customers.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Fluent in Italian and English; eligible to work in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Italian Central Government customers using Salesforce Digital solutions.
• Educate the Account Team on Salesforce Digital capabilities.
• Collaborate with Account and Territory teams to identify target accounts and build use cases and demonstration scenarios.
• Generate opportunities through networking and prospecting into current Salesforce customers, while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
• Own the sales cycle for the full Salesforce Digital technology stack – lead gen, deal strategy, pricing and packaging, and assistance with deal closure.
• Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
