Salesforce Italy is seeking an Account Executive for Local Government & Public Health to own end-to-end sales across the territory, engaging senior executives and expanding relationships with Public Sector customers.

You will lead cross-functional teams including Pre-Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Professional Services to forecast revenue and drive net-new growth across Regions, In-house companies, Municipalities, Municipal Subsidiaries, and Public Health entities.

Formación

• 3+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience.
• Track record selling enterprise software or advisory to C-level executives in government.
• Experience in account planning and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams to close deals.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive pipeline generation and manage opportunities across the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close.
• Grow existing accounts, contracts, and installed footprint while acquiring net-new customers within the Public Sector.
• Build and execute a territory and account strategy to maximize long-term value.
• Lead an extended virtual team — Pre-Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Professional Services — to deliver accurate forecasting and revenue performance.
