Salesforce Italy is seeking a Digital Account Executive to engage Italian Public Sector and Education prospects, evangelizing Salesforce Digital solutions across channels and devices.

You will own the full sales cycle in a quota-bearing role, collaborating with the Account Team and generating self-sourced opportunities with strong use cases and demonstrations.

Fluent in Italian and English with right to work in Italy; prior public sector/education selling experience is a plus.

• 3–5 years of enterprise software or tech sales experience.
• Proven ability to sell to C-level executives.
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation trends.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English; work authorization in Italy.

Mansioni

• Be the subject matter expert for Italian Public Sector and Education customers using Salesforce Digital solutions.
• Educate the Account Team on Salesforce Digital capabilities.
• Identify target accounts and build compelling use cases and demonstration scenarios.
• Generate opportunities via networking, cold-calling, and prospecting into current Salesforce customers, while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
• Own the sales cycle for the entire Salesforce Digital stack – including lead generation, deal strategy, pricing and packaging, and assistance with deal closure.
• Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas; ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
