Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring Italian-speaking Banking & Financial Services Specialists for an international customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian and good English communication skills.
• Experience in banking, financial services, customer service or contact centres is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and chat, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Manage customer cases from start to finish, including complex requests.
• Provide support with banking transactions, fraud cases, disputes and chargebacks.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure fair outcomes.
• Identify and support vulnerable customers with appropriate approaches.
• Follow procedures while using good judgment in complex situations.
• Share knowledge and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Adapt quickly to changing customer and business needs.
