Cross Border Talents is seeking Italian-speaking Banking & Financial Services Specialists to join an international customer support team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat to deliver excellent service.

Eligibility to work in Portugal is mandatory; the role offers a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with a rotating 8-hour shift pattern from Monday to Sunday and 12-month contract with renewal potential.

Formación

• Fluent Italian and good English communication skills.
• Strong customer-focused and empathetic approach.

Responsabilidades

• Handle enquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Manage cases from start to finish, including complex requests.
• Assist with banking transactions, fraud-related cases, disputes and chargebacks.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure fair outcomes.
• Identify and support vulnerable customers and adapt as needed.
• Follow procedures while using good judgment on complex situations.
• Share knowledge to improve processes and support.
• Adapt quickly to changing needs.
