Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks an Italian-speaking Banking & Financial Services Specialist to join an international customer support team. You will be the first contact for customers via phone, email and chat, resolving issues with professionalism and care.

Eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon is mandatory. The role includes 40 hours weekly on a rotating schedule, with flight reimbursement and health insurance. Accommodation options are available.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Manage cases from start to finish, including more complex requests.
• Provide support with banking transactions, fraud-related cases, disputes and chargebacks.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure fair outcomes.
• Identify and support vulnerable customers with an appropriate approach.
• Follow established procedures while using good judgment in complex situations.
• Share knowledge to help improve processes and customer support.
• Adapt quickly to changing customer and business needs.
