Cross Border Talents seeks Italian-speaking Banking & Financial Services Specialists to join an international customer support team in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience. Qualifications

• Fluent Italian and good English communication.
• Strong customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Able to handle complex situations and make decisions.
• Experience in banking/financial services or customer service is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, email and chat with first-contact resolution.
• Manage customer cases from start to finish, including complex requests.
• Provide support with banking transactions, fraud-related cases, disputes and chargebacks.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure fair outcomes.
• Identify and support vulnerable customers.
• Follow established procedures while using good judgment in complex situations.
• Share knowledge to improve processes and customer support.
• Adapt quickly to changing customer and business needs.
