Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking Italian-speaking Banking & Financial Services Specialists to join an international customer support team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries by phone, email and chat. Eligibility to work in Portugal is mandatory.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Manage customer cases from start to finish, including complex requests.
• Support banking transactions, fraud cases, disputes and chargebacks.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure fair outcomes.
• Identify and support vulnerable customers with adaptable approaches.
• Follow procedures and use good judgment in complex situations.
• Share knowledge to help improve processes and support.
• Adapt quickly to changing customer and business needs.
