Role Overview:

We seek a talented IT Project Manager for our Reservation Systems, based at our headquarters in Genoa. Your role will involve managing the delivery and evolution of reservation application portfolios, partnering with business lines, and coordinating IT teams to optimize customer experience and process efficiency.

• Optimize business value through project and solution delivery, aligning IT strategy with business needs
• Define application portfolio strategy and development roadmap
• Design software solutions using modern technology paradigms
• Coordinate application delivery teams and vendor involvement
• Facilitate team collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize projects with effective planning and resource management
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate communication between business and technical teams

Our Expectations:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in global technology program implementation
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in STEM or IT
• Proven experience as Applications Delivery Manager and knowledge of methodologies
• Business analysis and data management skills
• Strong cloud applications delivery knowledge
• Excellent collaboration and resource engagement skills
• Proficiency in Office 365 and collaboration tools
• Fluent English (B2 level), additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Team-oriented with a commitment to diversity and sustainability
