La figura sarà responsabile del monitoraggio delle prestazioni di servizio e del controllo dei costi all'interno del settore IT. Si richiedono circa 5 anni di esperienza in aziende di consulenza e una laurea magistrale in ingegneria gestionale. Il candidato ideale avrà competenze in Excel e Power BI, con una mentalità analitica e capacità di comunicazione elevate. IT Governance & Performance

function is responsible for ensuring end-to-end governance of key IT processes, transparency on performance, financial discipline, compliance with control frameworks, and a reporting model that enables IT Management to make data-driven decisions based on objective KPIs.

The IT Governance & Performance Specialist contributes to these objectives with a strong focus on:

  • service performance monitoring and reporting
  • financial performance and cost control
  • vendor performance analysis
  • execution of IT governance and compliance processes
Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Focus on the Following Areas
  • Collaborate with the Finance Controlling function to ensure proper management of IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.
  • Monitor recurring costs (licenses, cloud services, contracts, managed services).
  • Support spend optimization initiatives through cost analysis and savings plans, in collaboration with senior IT functions.
  • Contribute to the definition of the IT KPI framework and scorecards (services, processes, vendors).
  • Prepare periodic reports for IT Leadership.
  • Identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for operational improvement.
  • Drive the development of the “IT Performance” dashboard for IT Management.
  • Maintain and enhance the IT cost allocation model across functions and Lines of Service.
  • Ensure accurate collection of consumption drivers and total cost of ownership (TCO) for IT services.
  • Produce detailed showback and chargeback reports for key stakeholders.
  • Analyze vendors’ TCO, financial performance, and SLA compliance.
  • Contribute to the development of vendor scorecards and performance reviews.
  • Provide financial analyses to support IT Portfolio Management.
  • Support the definition and evaluation of business cases, expected returns, and financial sustainability of initiatives.
  • Monitor benefits realization and CAPEX / OPEX allocation.
Compliance, Controls and Audit

Support activities required to ensure compliance with IT Governance and Performance requirements (IT audits, ISO standards, etc.).

Come As You Are – Your Skills and Profile

This opportunity is ideal for you if you have:

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in leading consulting firms, corporations, or banking institutions.
  • Master’s degree in Management Engineering or similar disciplines.
  • Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g. ITIL).
  • The ability to build cost allocation models and TCO analyses.
  • Knowledge of ITSM processes and the IT service lifecycle.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of IT contracts, licenses, cloud services, outsourcing.
  • Experience with FinOps practices is considered a plus.
  • Strong data‑driven mindset and analytical thinking.
  • Accuracy and reliability in managing financial and economic information.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and financial stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and synthesis skills.
  • Problem‑solving attitude and proactivity.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
