For a leading Banking Group, we are looking for an

IT Digital Workplace Team Leader.

The selected candidate will join the Infrastructure Department and will be responsible for leading and driving the evolution of the Digital Workplace for the company’s employees.

The role focuses on managing maintenance, evolution and change initiatives related to desktop applications and digital workplace solutions, in line with innovation and efficiency goals, including the integration of AI-based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the assigned internal team and external consultants, planning activities, monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee the maintenance and development of desktop and mobile platforms and applications, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
• Collaborate with the AI-focused teams to evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions within the Digital Workplace ecosystem.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance and regulatory policies.
• Work closely with colleagues from IT systems, network, security and other departments as required.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a solid experience in the implementation and management of Enterprise Digital Workplace solutions, particularly Microsoft 365-based solutions, within complex and structured organizations.

He has strong knowledge of Digital Workplace technologies and tools, with curiosity and interest in innovation and AI integrations.

He is aware and has a good unterstanding of IT governance, risk and compliance aspects related to Digital Workplace solutions in regulated environments.
