Deel is seeking a Payroll Expert to own end-to-end payroll execution for designated regions, combining regulatory expertise with system implementation. You will collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, timely payroll and compliant HR processes across borders.

Competenze

• Bachelor in Business or related
• 5+ years payroll and HR experience in the relevant country
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and HR policies

• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate them across teams.
