Jet HR is on the lookout for an experienced payroll professional in Italy to help design and develop a next-generation payroll engine. This role requires a deep understanding of Italian labour law to translate complex regulations into software logic.

Collaborating closely with the Product team, you will be responsible for validating payroll processes and providing training on payroll concepts. The position offers a salary between 30,000€ and 40,000€, with the flexibility of remote work or collaboration at the Milan office.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in payroll consulting or a similar environment.
• Deep knowledge of Italian labour law and the most common CCNLs.
• Hands-on ability to construct and verify payroll documents.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with the Product team to design and develop the payroll engine.
• Interpret new regulations and transform them into actionable logic.
• Build and validate labour reports manually to ensure accuracy.
