RH is seeking an International Payroll Analyst to own end-to-end payroll processing for Italy and to support payroll activities in additional international locations as needed.

This role focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local laws, payroll systems like Neeyamo Payroll 3.0, Oracle HCM and Dayforce, and on building trusted partnerships across HR, Finance, and vendors.

RH is seeking an International Payroll Analyst to own end-to-end payroll processing for Italy while supporting additional international locations based on business needs. This role is critical to delivering accurate, timely and compliant payroll experiences for our global teams through operational excellence, trusted partnerships and continuous improvement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• - Own end-to-end payroll processing for Italy, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with local statutory requirements and applicable collective bargaining agreements
• - Support payroll processing across additional international countries as needed, providing coverage and operational continuity while maintaining Italy as the primary area of ownership
• - Coordinate and validate payroll data with external vendors, investigate discrepancies and drive resolution within strict deadlines
• - Execute payroll payments and coordinate approvals in Neeyamo Payroll 3.0, including payslips, funding instructions and required Finance reporting
• - Manage relationships with payroll providers, HR, Finance and other partners to enable seamless coordination, strong internal controls and timely issue resolution
• - Prepare payroll reconciliations, reports and compliance documentation; support month-end close, audits, SOX requirements and broader Finance and HR initiatives
• - Respond to team member inquiries and government correspondence; monitor legislative changes, create knowledge resources for local teams and contribute to payroll process improvement projects

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• - 3+ years of payroll operations experience, ideally supporting multiple countries
• - Working knowledge of local employment and payroll laws
• - Experience with payroll systems such as Neeyamo Payroll 3.0 and HR, Finance and productivity technologies, including Oracle HCM, Dayforce, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• - Fluency in English and Italian
• - Exceptional organization, accuracy and attention to detail, with demonstrated ownership, sound problem-solving skills and the ability to build strong partnerships in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• - Complete work at a computer and remain in a stationary position for the majority of the workday
• - Communicate effectively in person and through written and digital channels
• - Occasionally attend virtual or in-person meetings across multiple time zones
