Haier Europe invites you to join the Internal Control team in Vimercate for a six-month internship. You will assist with SOX procedures, review internal controls, and support the Audit Director in risk remediation in a dynamic, international environment.

The ideal candidate is a Neo graduate or student in Economics or a related field, fluent in Italian and English, with strong Excel skills. On-site meals, smart working arrangements, and a monthly stipend of 800 EUR are offered.

Mansioni

• Assist with performing SOX to evaluate internal control procedures.

• Analyze audit evidence and prepare conclusions for management review.
• Monitor completion of action plans to close identified risks.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with performing SOX to evaluate the existence, efficiency, and effectiveness of internal control procedures
• Assist with the review and evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls of key processes, and adherence to corporate policies and procedures
• Support Internal Audit Director to ensure proper identification and disposition of issues that have potential compliance risk to the company.
• Analyze audit evidence and prepare conclusions through workpapers for review by Internal Audit management
• Assist with monitoring the completion of committed action plans to ensure follow through and closure of identified risks

Requirements

• Neo graduated or student in Economics or similar field
• Fluent in Italian and English (written, spoken and by phone).
• Excellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel)
• Previous experience in Audit will be considered a plus

We offer a six-month paid internship

800 euro/month, ticket meals (7,50 euro for every day on-site), smart working, free company shuttle (from Cascina Gobba)
