Haier Europe offers a six-month paid internship in the Internal Control team, based in Vimercate. The role focuses on assisting with SOX evaluations, internal control reviews, and supporting the Internal Audit Director to manage compliance risks.

Ideal candidates are graduates or students in Economics or related fields, fluent in Italian and English, with strong Excel skills. On-site with smart-working options and a company shuttle is available.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
• Experience or exposure to SOX and internal controls is preferred.
• Strong Excel / Office skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Assist with performing SOX to evaluate the existence, efficiency, and effectiveness of internal control procedures
• Assist with the review and evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls of key processes, and adherence to corporate policies and procedures
• Support Internal Audit Director to ensure proper identification and disposition of issues that have potential compliance risk to the company.
• Analyze audit evidence and prepare conclusions through workpapers for review by Internal Audit management
• Assist with monitoring the completion of committed action plans to ensure follow through and closure of identified risks

An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the Internal Control team at Haier Europe. Key responsibilities:

• Assist with performing SOX to evaluate the existence, efficiency, and effectiveness of internal control procedures
• Assist with the review and evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls of key processes, and adherence to corporate policies and procedures
• Support Internal Audit Director to ensure proper identification and disposition of issues that have potential compliance risk to the company.
• Analyze audit evidence and prepare conclusions through workpapers for review by Internal Audit management
• Assist with monitoring the completion of committed action plans to ensure follow through and closure of identified risks

Requirements

• Neo graduated or student in Economics or similar field
• Fluent in Italian and English (written, spoken and by phone).
• Excellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel)
• Previous experience in Audit will be considered a plus

We offer a six-month paid internship

800 euro/month, ticket meals (7,50 euro for every day on-site), smart working, free company shuttle (from Cascina Gobba)
