Haier Europe is looking for an Order to Delivery Intern for the Italy Market, based in Vimercate (MB). You will support the team across the entire order flow, from entry to delivery, and assist with logistics, claims, and flow analysis.

The internship lasts 6 months and offers an 800 euro monthly stipend, a company computer, meal tickets, smart working, and a company shuttle.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian and good English proficiency.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Availability for a 6-month internship and basic logistics understanding.

Mansioni

• Manage customers end to end.
• Oversee the entire order flow from entry to delivery.
• Coordinate logistics activities including direct deliveries and slot bookings.
• Handle claims and related credit/debit note flow.
• Support flow analysis and project management.

For the Order To Delivery Department – Italy Market of Haier Europe HQ based in Vimercate (MB), we are looking for an Order to Delivery Intern who will support the team in the following activities:

• Customer management end to end
• the entire order flow, from order entry to delivery
• Logistic activities such as Direct Deliveries and Booking slot Management
• Claim management and related credit/debit note flow
• Flow Analysis and Projects management

What you need to succeed

• Fluent Italian, good knowledge of English
• Excellent knowledge of Office (Excel, Power Point)
