Haier Europe offers a six‑month Treasury Specialist Intern role in Vimercate. You will support banking documentation, KYC/UBO records, and signatory control while collaborating with Treasury, Finance, Legal and external banking partners.

This internship includes a monthly allowance of €800, a Milan shuttle service, and meal tickets. Proficiency in Italian and English and strong Microsoft Excel skills are required to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Student in Economics or similar fields.
• Proficient in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Mansioni

• Support management and maintenance of banking documentation, KYC/UBO information, and authorized signatory records.
• Assist with banking controls, user access management, approval processes, and audit documentation.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external banking partners on banking-related activities and requests.
• Support monthly reporting and closing activities, including data analysis, Q&A management, and the HQD reporting platform.
• Gain hands‑on exposure to FX activities, supporting deal execution, monitoring, reporting, and foreign exchange risk management.
• Contribute to ensuring accurate, timely, and well‑documented Treasury processes within a global company.

As a Treasury Specialist Intern, you will support the Treasury team in the execution of the following activities:

• Support the management and maintenance of banking documentation, KYC/UBO information, and authorized signatory records.
• Assist with banking controls, user access management, approval processes, and audit documentation.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external banking partners on banking-related activities and requests.
• Support monthly reporting and closing activities, including data analysis, Q&A management, and the HQD reporting platform.
• Gain hands‑on exposure to FX activities, supporting deal execution, monitoring, reporting, and foreign exchange risk management.
• Contribute to ensuring accurate, timely, and well‑documented Treasury processes within a global company.

Requirements

• Student in Economics or similar fields

We offer a six-month internship with a monthly allowance of €800, along with the following benefits:

• Company shuttle service from Milan (Cascina Gobba) to the office
• Meal tickets worth €7.50 for each day worked on-site
