Job summary
DAB Pumps is seeking an Inside Sales Process & Tools Adoption specialist in Mestrino, Italy to support adoption of CRM, ERP, and reporting platforms across regions.
You will drive process improvements, develop training materials, and ensure tool adoption within the Inside Sales team. Fluency in English is required; experience with data quality and dashboards is a plus. This role offers a dynamic, global environment with cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Fluent English in writing and speaking.
- Experience with CRM/ERP and reporting tools.
- Strong process improvement mindset and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to Inside Sales process improvements and redesign workflows.
- Support rollout of new processes across regions and monitor KPIs.
- Ensure adoption of Inside Sales tools (CRM, ERP, reporting platforms) and act as super user.
- Develop guidelines and training materials; deliver live sessions and e-learning.
- Support change management, communicate changes, and collect feedback from teams.
- Monitor data quality across systems and assist dashboard/report creation for management.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Customer Care, CRM, IT and Sales to align processes.
