Job summary

Avio Aero in Italy seeks a Military Engine Industrial Manager to coordinate the industrial activities of a new strategic military program. You will define development plans for the Engine Accessory Gearbox module, lead cross-functional teams, and manage risks to meet readiness milestones.

International travel and working in classified environments are expected. The role emphasizes program control, readiness, and collaboration across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, and

Qualifications

• Engineering Master's degree required.
• Experience with New Product Introduction development projects/programs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to guide and lead others in a matrix environment.
• Prior program/project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Industrialization and readiness of the AGB module.
• Manage readiness and on-time execution within Supply Chain for National Technology Maturation Plans and integration with program plans.
• Delivery management of area of competence per SQDC priorities.
• Create and execute integrated plans according to Program Target and MS Schedule.
• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams during maturation.
• Identify, detect, prevent and manage risks affecting technical success and timing.
• Prepare for Program Control Board and report to Leadership.
• Support MOR preparation and monitor program KPIs (WOR, MOR).
