Job summary

Avio Aero in Rivalta di Torino seeks an engineer to join the Military Engine - AGB Industrial Leader, coordinating industrial activities for the program and defining development plans across Product Centers and Supply Chain. You will report to the Military Engine Industrial Manager and drive readiness, risk management and cost control while ensuring milestones are met.

The role requires an Engineering Master’s degree, strong program management experience, and fluency in English and Italian.

Qualifications

• Engineering Master’s degree required.
• Technical competence in design, manufacturing or production engineering.
• Experience in new product introduction projects/programs.
• Fluent English and Italian language, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel as required by program.

Responsibilities

• Industrialization and readiness of the AGB module.
• Manage readiness and on-time execution within Supply Chain for technology maturation plans.
• Delivery management according to SQDC priorities.
• Create and execute integrated program plans and master schedule.
• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams during maturation.
• Identify, detect, prevent and manage program risks impacting schedule and technical success.
• Prepare Program Control Board materials and report to leadership.
• Support MOR preparation and monitor KPIs.
