Job summary

Avio Aero in Italy is seeking an experienced Military Engine - AGB Industrial Leader to join the Industrial Management team. You will define development plans, ensure readiness, and coordinate across Product Centers and Supply Chain to align with program milestones.

You will provide technical and management support during launch and maturation phases, lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and report progress to the Industrial Manager. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Engineering Master’s degree required.
• Italian and Fluent English language, oral and written.
• Experience in New Product Introduction and complex programs.
• Ability to lead in a matrix environment and manage risks.
• Willingness to travel for program needs.

Responsibilities

• Industrialization and readiness of the AGB module.
• Delivery management per SQDC priorities and integration with program plans.
• Create and execute integrated plans aligned with the Master Schedule.
• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams during maturation.
• Identify and manage risks impacting technical success and timing.
• Report progress to Leadership and support MOR preparation.
