Position: Event Travel Project Manager
Location: Rome (no remote work available)

Role Description: We are looking for a highly experienced, motivated, creative, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Event Travel Project Manager. The role involves the design, pitching, planning, and flawless execution of incentive travel events from concept to completion, working closely with a team of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee all assigned projects from concept through event completion, including logistics, design coordination, budget monitoring, and accounting.
- Creative Leadership: Lead the creative process, preparing and presenting high-quality project proposals aligned with client needs.
- Event Delivery: Plan, design, execute, and close events, applying effective project management techniques for timely and high-quality delivery.
- Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers regarding rates, content, availability, and timelines to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Administrative Duties: Manage budgeting, invoicing, and track financial elements related to events.
- Site Inspections: Organize and facilitate site inspections and accompany clients when necessary.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure clear communication among all contributors.
- Client Relations: Work closely with clients to understand needs and preferences, adapting to requirements with a flexible approach.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of incentive travel management experience, preferably with a DMC or within the tourism industry.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Events, Tourism, Marketing, or Communication is preferred.
- Creative Thinking: High-level creativity and the ability to generate unique ideas and solutions to meet client needs.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting, and the ability to present ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages (Portuguese, German, French) are a plus.
