Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chef de Rang or similar service role, preferably in In‑Room Dining or luxury hospitality.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality In‑Room Dining service to guest rooms with professionalism and warmth.
• Ensure accurate setup, presentation, delivery, and retrieval of In‑Room Dining orders.
• Review orders prior to delivery to ensure completeness, accuracy, and presentation quality.
• Engage with guests in a courteous and attentive manner, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Coordinate with Call Desk, Kitchen, and In‑Room Dining Supervisors to ensure smooth service flow.
• Anticipate guest needs and manage special requests with discretion and efficiency.
• Support service recovery by addressing guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of In‑Room Dining service equipment, corridors, and pantries.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP procedures.
• Oversee mise en place and readiness for assigned service periods.
• Act as a role model for service excellence and professional conduct.
