The Four Seasons Danieli Venice is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to lead daily dining operations across our Terrazza Danieli, Bar Dandolo, and other luxury outlets. You will ensure hospitality excellence and guest engagement in a world-class environment.

Based at Hotel Danieli, Venice, you will supervise service teams, collaborate with culinary and bar colleagues, uphold HACCP and safety standards, and deliver a warm, personalized guest experience while maintaining flawless mise en place

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage operational role in luxury hospitality.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Proven leadership abilities with hands-on supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards and luxury service practices.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations across Terrazza Danieli, Bar Dandolo and other F&B outlets.
• Lead and motivate service teams during shifts.
• Ensure warm, attentive, personalized guest experiences.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Bar teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain service quality before, during, and after service.
• Oversee hygiene and safety compliance.
• Support inventory control and stock management.
