Job summary

The Four Seasons project in Venice seeks a Senior Catering & Conference Services leader to oversee all catering, conference, and events operations at Hotel Danieli. You will drive revenue, ensure flawless planning, and maintain luxury service standards while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Catering, Conference Services, Events, or Banquet Operations within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive event revenue and profitability.
• Excellent event planning, organizational, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Catering, Conference Services, and Events operations ensuring successful planning and execution of meetings and events.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel partners, and social organizers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management and operations to achieve revenue goals.
• Oversee site inspections, client meetings, and post-event follow-up.
• Monitor event execution and ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence.
