Bryq is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to own day-to-day operations across finance, HR, legal, facilities, and vendor management. You will build and optimize systems, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure processes run smoothly across the business.

This hands-on role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent English communication, and the drive to implement scalable workflows. The position supports hybrid work with on-site collaboration and leadership involvement.

Competenze

• 4+ years in an operations, business management, or office management role
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement processes
• Proficiency with productivity and project management tools (Notion, Asana, Google Workspace)
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operational processes across functions including HR administration, procurement, vendor management, and facilities
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to reduce cost and improve speed
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and service providers, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring
• Support financial operations including budget tracking, expense management, and reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures across the business
• Support HR operations including onboarding logistics, compliance tracking, and policy administration
• Prepare operational reports and present findings to senior leadership
