BizAway is seeking a driven Business Solutions Architect who is passionate about leveraging modern technical solutions to drive business efficiency. You will design scalable automation workflows, work closely with our Business Analysts to translate blueprints into robust digital solutions, and integrate diverse enterprise systems to create unified data flows.

This role emphasizes speed and operational excellence, features a Hybrid policy (2 days remote, 3 in office), and a 40h/week schedule.

• Proven experience in a technical role delivering automated solutions that solve real business problems.
• Deep understanding of SaaS environments, API integrations, and system connectivity.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for scalable digital workflows.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into high‑impact tech solutions.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2).
