Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Talent Operations Manager to optimize global talent acquisition processes in a fully remote capacity. You will design scalable workflows, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive improvements to candidate experience and hiring efficiency across diverse markets.

Key responsibilities include implementing ATS/HRIS solutions, analyzing recruitment metrics, and maintaining clear policy documentation.

Competenze

Experience managing talent operations or HRIT implementations in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).
Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and drive process optimization.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to align hiring strategies.
Knowledge of compliance requirements related to talent acquisition and data privacy regulations.
