Job summary

Rotork PLC is seeking an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety standards, identify hazards and implement mitigation plans. You will coordinate ASPP tasks per D.Lgs. 81/2008, perform audits and KPI reporting, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental management.

The role requires experience, regulatory knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills. Hybrid work model and full-time employment are offered within Operations EMEA.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of 3 years minimum in the role in a structured company.
• Mastery of safety and environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of international standards on Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
• Ability to analyze data, generate measures, run reports, work under pressure and deliver effective changes.
• Flexibility, proactivity and organizational autonomy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and Gemba walks, KPI reporting activities.
• Analyze injuries, accidents, near misses, and document results to support corrective actions.
• Prepare and deploy business improvement and correction plans.
• Manage health, safety and environmental aspects to support continuous performance improvement.
