Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. in Monselice (Padova) is seeking a Junior HR Generalist on a 6-month contract. This hybrid, full-time role supports HR operations from recruitment to payroll and policy implementation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, with 1 year of HR experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in English (B2) and Italian. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of professional HR experience.
• Good Excel skills and data handling experience.
• English level B2 and Italian language required.

Responsibilities

• Guide/train managers and employees on HR tools, policies and practices.
• Ensure data quality in HR systems and generate HR reports.
• Cooperate with HR Operations on payroll issues and escalations.
• Inform new hires about company policies and procedures.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies.
• Support on-site training coordination.
• Collaborate with HRBP on union-related meetings.
• Assist blue-collar scouting and external recruitment support.
