Element Solutions Inc in Italy seeks a Junior HR Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support across Villorba and Agliana manufacturing sites. The role covers HR administration, data accuracy, recruitment, onboarding, and local HR initiatives, reporting to the Country HR Manager.

This is a one-year fixed-term contract with external payroll partnership. The candidate will manage employee lifecycle documents, coordinate payroll inputs, support onboarding and training, and contribute to local HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Relations, Law, Economics or a related field.
• Approximately 1–2 years of experience in HR, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers at Villorba and Agliana sites, escalating complex matters to the Country HR Manager.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data is complete and up to date.
• Prepare HR documentation (offers, contracts, amendments) in coordination with the Country HR Manager and external advisors.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with the external provider; payroll processing is managed externally.
• Support recruitment activities: postings, CV screening, interviews, offers.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding activities with documentation and system updates.
• Support training administration, attendance records and local learning initiatives.
• Assist time and attendance administration and resolve data issues with managers and payroll provider.
• Support employee relations, local HR initiatives and policy implementation.
