Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. is seeking an HR Generalist to help run HR operations, from recruitment to performance processes, while upholding labor laws and company policy. The role focuses on data integrity, training coordination on site, and collaboration with HR Partners for union meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, at least 1 year in HR, and strong English (B2) plus Italian. A proactive, detail‑oriented communicator with Excel skills is preferred.

The minimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows:

Starting from: 32200 € gross

The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
