Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. is seeking an HR Generalist to help run HR operations, from recruitment to performance processes, while upholding labor laws and company policy. The role focuses on data integrity, training coordination on site, and collaboration with HR Partners for union meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, at least 1 year in HR, and strong English (B2) plus Italian. A proactive, detail‑oriented communicator with Excel skills is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in HR.
• Proactivity, good analytical skills and attention to details are required.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation are required.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with Workday is considered a plus.
• English level B2 and Italian language are mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Guide/train managers and employees on the correct use of HR tools, HR practices, processes and policies.
• Ensure the quality of data in HR tools/systems and manage HR reporting.
• Liaison with HR Operations on payroll issues and follow up on key escalations.
• Ensure new hires are well-informed about company policies and procedures.
• Assist in developing and implementing human resource policies.
• Support coordination of training activities on site.
• Collaborate with local HRBP on meetings with trade unions.
• Support blue collar recruitment with external agencies.
