A leading global medical device company is seeking an EMEA Portfolio & Coordination Specialist in Milan. This role involves supporting project-related activities, communication across teams, and creating engaging presentations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills in English, as well as organizational capability. This is a hybrid role offering the chance to influence regional operations.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in an IT or IT-adjacent environment.
• Experience with project coordination tools is helpful.
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders, including senior leaders.

Mansioni

• Support intake, organization, and communication of project-related activities.
• Prepare clear visuals explaining project dependencies and portfolio status.
• Coordinate meetings and check-ins with project leaders.
