Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. in Milan seeks a Service Sales Tender Responsible to lead end-to-end tender preparation, develop competitive proposals, and coordinate internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, sourcing, finance and legal.

You will promote value-added service solutions and build long-term customer relationships. The role requires a technical background in electrical/energy engineering, strong communication, and fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical / Energy / Mechanical / Automation / Electronic Engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical skills and a customer oriented mindset.
• Team oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end preparation of technical and commercial tenders as Tender Responsible.
• Develop competitive proposals by aligning scope, technical solution, delivery model, risk and pricing.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective technical–commercial solutions.
• Contribute to risk assessments and ensure safety, quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Register and maintain accurate opportunity and tender information in CRM/business systems.
• Establish long-term customer relationships and promote lifecycle management opportunities.
• Support IB data capture and lean data management with service teams.
