HITACHI ENERGY ITALY S.P.A. in Milan seeks a Field Service Engineer to execute service work per approved processes and safety guidelines. You will perform on-site tasks, diagnose issues, and ensure customer satisfaction across installation, maintenance, and upgrades.

The role requires an electrotechnical diploma, HV onsite experience, fluency in Italian and English, and willingness to travel extensively in Italy (80%). Hybrid work models and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Electrotechnical diploma required.
• Previous onsite experience with HV equipment.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel in Italy (80%), mainly Sicilia, Calabria, Puglia and Campania.

Mansioni

• Perform Service tasks, identify technical problems and analyze remotely or on-site in service categories.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer order and expectations.
• Create and maintain a good relationship with customers and understand their needs.
• Coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
• Prepare all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative.
• Troubleshoot equipment failure and make recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
• Apply safety rules and environmental responsibilities, report unsafe practices and incidents.
