HITACHI ENERGY ITALY S.P.A. in Milan seeks a Field Service Engineer to execute service work per approved processes and safety guidelines. You will perform on-site tasks, diagnose issues, and ensure customer satisfaction across installation, maintenance, and upgrades.

The role requires an electrotechnical diploma, HV onsite experience, fluency in Italian and English, and willingness to travel extensively in Italy (80%). Hybrid work models and comprehensive benefits are offered.

We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer who will focus on executing Service work according to agreed work flows and in accordance with Hitachi Energy standard processes and safety guidelines.

How you'll make an impact

• Perform Service tasks, identify technical problems and make analysis through remote or on-site activity in any Service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, engineering and consulting, advanced services, extensions, upgrades and retrofits, end of life services, replacements, etc.).
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation.
• Create and maintain a good relationship with customers and understand their needs.
• Coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities.

The minimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows: Starting from: 38000 gross. The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
