HITACHI ENERGY ITALY S.P.A. in Milan is seeking a Project Manager to lead medium-sized EPC projects within the Grid & Power Quality Solutions and Service business. You will manage project teams, define plans, and ensure execution aligned with policy, safety, and contractual obligations.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, technical expertise in electrical systems, and fluency in English and Italian. Travel up to ~25% is expected.

Competenze

• Engineering degree with strong technical foundation.
• 5+ years in Project Management of medium-sized EPC projects.
• Proven expertise in electrical systems (T&D, power generation) and familiarity with major Italian utilities.
• Fluent in English and Italian; proficient in MS Office, SAP, and MS Project.
• Willing to travel internationally (≈25%).

Mansioni

• Manage the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring resources to accomplish milestones.
• Defines project plan documents with the Project Controls department: scope, financials, schedule and risk management.
• Ensure adherence to Hitachi Energy policies and contract requirements; monitor progress and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Management to procure services, materials and equipment.
• Act as main customer contact and escalation point for project issues.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance and adherence to applicable regulations.
