Job summary

You will lead tender processes, collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and finance, and drive service sales in Installed Base while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical / Energy / Mechanical / Automation / Electronic Engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical skills, proactivity and customer oriented mindset.
• Excellent ability to work in a team.
• Good knowledge of written / spoken English and Italian.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Service Manager to implement Service sales strategy and penetrate Installed Base.
• Lead end-to-end preparation of technical and commercial tenders as Tender Responsible, coordinating internal stakeholders.
• Develop competitive proposals and ensure alignment on scope, solution, delivery model, and pricing strategy.
• Identify new market opportunities by analyzing market trends and service portfolios.
• Build long-term customer relationships and register feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to data management strategies and ensure safety, quality and cost-effectiveness.
