HITACHI ENERGY ITALY S.P.A. in Milan, Lombardy, Italy, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to execute service tasks across installation, maintenance, repairs and upgrades in accordance with Hitachi Energy standards.

You will travel extensively within Italy (>80%), work onsite with HV equipment, and collaborate with customers to ensure safety, quality and timely reporting. Experience with HV systems and fluency in Italian and English are required.

Competenze

• Electrotechnical diploma required.
• Experience working on HV equipment on-site.
• Proficient in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel within Italy (>80%).

Mansioni

• Perform service tasks and diagnose problems onsite or remotely.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by following orders and expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Coordinate materials and equipment for service activities.
• Prepare documents and reports for signatures.
• Troubleshoot equipment and prevent recurrence of issues.
• Apply safety and environmental rules in all activities.
