Loro Piana is offering an Organization Analysis & HR IS Internship for September 2026, a six-month experience. You will engage in organizational and HRIS projects, supporting the HR team with daily activities and learning how to manage projects in complex contexts.

You will gain exposure to SAP, SuccessFactors and Power BI. The role involves supporting organizational development, change management, HRIS implementation, onboarding, and maintaining HR data quality and reporting.

Competenze

• Master's degree or equivalent in Management, Economics, or related field.
• IT abilities with strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with planning and deadline monitoring abilities.
• Problem solving, precision and teamwork; flexibility.
• Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written.

Mansioni

• Support organizational development projects and change management.
• Assist on HR information systems projects and their implementation and management.
• Support onboarding of new colleagues to HR information and reporting systems.
• Manage organizational reporting, data input and data quality related to HRIS.
