Loro Piana offers a 6-month experience focused on organizational and HRIS projects. You will assist the HR team with daily activities, learn to use SAP, SuccessFactors and Power BI, and help manage HR information systems across the organization.

You will participate in project management in complex contexts, gain exposure to reporting, data input, and data quality control, and collaborate with colleagues on change initiatives and onboarding processes.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Management, Economics, Management Engineering, or similar.
• IT abilities and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Analytical, planning and deadline monitoring skills.
• Problem-solving, precision, attention to detail, team working attitude and flexibility.
• Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written.

Mansioni

• Support during organizational development projects and change management.
• Support on innovative projects as well as implementation and management of HR information systems.
• Support during introduction of new colleagues to the HR information and reporting systems.
• Management of organizational reporting, data input and data quality related to HR information systems.
