Luxottica is seeking an HR Analytics Intern to support the HR team in using people data to understand organizational dynamics and assist decision-making across core HR processes.

The role sits within the HR Business Partner team and collaborates with an assigned business unit. It offers hands-on exposure to HR analytics, organizational topics, and business partnering in day-to-day HR work.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in people data and business insights.
• Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Ability to work under pressure and in complex situations.
• Good organizational and communication abilities.

• Analyze people and workforce data across core HR processes to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for the business.
• Support workforce planning for a designated business unit by data-driven analyses and scenario modeling.
• Translate business challenges into analytical questions and actionable insights with HR stakeholders.
