Loro Piana offers a 6-month internship in Organization Analysis & HRIS, September 2026, based in Milano. You will contribute to HRIS projects and organizational reporting while learning SAP, SuccessFactors and Power BI within the HR team.
You will develop skills in organizational development, change management and data quality, collaborating with Italian and international colleagues and supporting daily HRIT activities.
During this 6-month experience, you will be directly involved in organizational and HRIS projects. You will gain knowledge of our innovative information systems and therefore support Loro Piana HR team in the daily activities related to this role. Furthermore, you will be learning how to manage different projects in complex contexts, using different research methodology and design organization. You will also acquire knowledge on Loro Piana internal software such as SAP, SuccessFactor and Power BI.
