EssilorLuxottica is seeking an HR Analytics Intern to support the HR team by analyzing people data and aiding decision-making across core HR processes within the HR Business Partner team.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR analytics, organizational topics, and business partnering, with opportunities to see how data, people, and business decisions come together in daily HR work.

Competenze

• Degree with strong analytical component.
• Interest in people data and business insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools is a plus.

• Analyze people and workforce data across core HR processes to identify trends.
• Support organizational design and workforce planning with data-driven analyses.
